For the last five years FICO has used the characters of ‘Jane’ and ‘Luis’ to demonstrate the real-world effects for some of their more backend AI technologies. These videos have been fairly straightforward, using see-and-say voiceover and stock footage to deliver strategic information.

For FICO World ‘25 (their yearly keynote) they wanted to bring Jane and Luis to life in a new way. I was brought onboard write and direct a short and quirky futuristic film about Jane and Luis navigating a major life change with the help of FICO technology.
